Provide “in-house” consulting and brokerage services to assist clients with the development, implementation, and management of their real estate programs..
- Market & Portfolio Analysis:
Provide clients with up-to-date research and analysis. - Acquisitions:
Work with clients and their third-party advisors to formulate and execute on acquisition strategy, criteria, and target metrics. - Dispositions:
Work with client and their third-party advisors to formulate and execute on disposition strategy, including lease structure or re-structure (if applicable), timing, targeted buyer-pool, and sale structure i.e. single vs. portfolio. - Portfolio & Transactional Management:
Actively manage transactions and provide guidance on existing holdings and proposed transactions in conjunction with client and their third-party advisors.
